SmartPAR APP Terms and Conditions

Welcome to SmartPAR! These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of SmartPAR, LLC's Application, specifically designed for business use to synchronize photos with inventory and to utilize such data for report creation.

By accessing and using this app, you accept and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use SmartPAR if you do not fully agree to these terms.

1. License to Use

SmartPAR, LLC grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use SmartPAR solely for your internal business purposes, subject to the restrictions set forth in these terms and conditions.

You agree to:

• Ensure the security and confidentiality of your account information.

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information as may be prompted by any registration forms on the App.

• Use the app only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

• Immediately notify SmartPAR, LLC of any unauthorized use or security breach of your account or the App.
