We are thrilled to announce that Richard Webster, MSN, RN, has joined the SmartPar.ai team as a board member and strategic advisor. Richard brings with him an extensive background in healthcare leadership and operational excellence, which will be invaluable as we continue to innovate and grow.


Richard’s impressive career spans from the bedside to the boardroom, most recently as the President of Thomas Jefferson University Hospital, the nationally recognized academic medical center of the Jefferson Health System in Philadelphia. His comprehensive experience includes clinical operations, financial management, and strategic planning. With a Master of Science in Nursing and years of experience at the executive level, Richard's insights and guidance will significantly strengthen our strategic direction and operational capabilities.
