During the onboarding process, our staff is on-site with you assisting with the day-to-day inventory management process until your staff is fully proficient and comfortable with SmartPAR.

Training

We provide on-site training for hospital staff at all levels from inventory coordinators, lab staff, IT, to Supply Chain. We ensure that every member of your team is adequately equipped with the knowledge and skills to maximize the capabilities of SmartPAR.

Continuous Support

Once implemented, our team conducts regular site visits and are always available to assist with questions or technical support.
